Fokker D-VII
The Fokker D-7 was one of the best fighters of World War One. It was rugged and predictable. Low time pilots appreciated its dependability. Our version makes a worthy adversary to our WW1 Allied designs. This model will tow a streamer with a GWS 350c power unit and a 750 mAh, 8.4 volt battery; however, the 400 size or brushless & LiPo is really the way to go. These models are meant to fly slowly with strong climbing ability. They are very easy and inexpensive to build because we use balsa instead of carbon fiber. They are very stiff and durable. You can build a plane for a couple bucks in an evening or two. Try RC combat! It's the most fun you can have in public without getting arrested. If you don't want to fly combat, this model will make a terrific fun fly plane.
